Terms of Service

By using GASS you agree to these terms. GASSgenerates comedic, intentionally over-the-top “hype” monologues for entertainment only.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. The content is profane and absurd and is not suitable for children.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use GASS to generate content that targets protected groups, sexualizes anyone, or promotes real self-harm, violence, or illegal activity. We screen inputs and may refuse or terminate access for abuse, automated scraping, or attempts to circumvent limits.

3. Credits & payments

Hypes are sold as one-time credit packs (not subscriptions). Credits are consumed per generation and do not expire. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details. Refunds are at our discretion; a refund reverses the corresponding credits.

4. No warranty

The service is provided “as is.” AI output may be unexpected. Nothing GASS says is advice — it's a comedy bit. See our disclaimer.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GASS is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
